A passion for all animals

I’m Bee, the founder of Bee Happy Dog Walks+ here in Exning, Newmarket. I created this service to offer families reliable, ethical, and genuinely thoughtful care for their animals. My approach is rooted in calm, positive handling and a commitment to treating every pet/horse as an individual with their own needs, routines, and personality.

I provide structured walks, drop‑ins, and support for dogs who benefit from a patient, confidence‑building style. I never overbook or rush visits, and I always prioritise emotional and physical safety. Clear communication matters to me, so you’ll always know how your dog is doing and what they enjoyed during their time with me. My goal is to make your life easier and your animal’s day brighter, with care you can trust and a service that feels personal, consistent, and kind.

If save and appropriate I will always try to get video and/or photos to share with you so you know what your pet has been doing and any enrichment that has entertained them.

I have two rescue dogs, Kauto and Pogi who have worked/working through various fear-based issues and are/becoming well rounded members of the community.

For many years I have been a volunteer with local charity Our Special Friends. I have been visiting Newmarket Day Centre with my dogs for a long time and also visit a lady in Exning.  We have also been involved in dog walking and even taken one dog on holiday to Cornwall plus assessing cases suitability for help from Our Special Friends.

I have always been fascinated by training and bringing out the very best in dogs and am often found with a training/behaviour book on the go.  I have completed the first part of the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers qualifiction for dog trainers as well as the Modern Dog Walkers Association course and passed the assessment (100%).  I am always trying to add to my experience and knowledge.

I also help with a private rescue and have helped rehome several dogs and a cat.
